Meredith Phipps is passionate about helping others discover ease, increase wellness and resilience, and improve their quality of life. She is a trauma-informed, certified yoga therapist and enjoys helping others personalize their own practice to meet their individual needs. She currently teaches, leads, and shares mind-body wellness across the US and internationally, and is thrilled to be a part of Palmetto Yoga, serving the Columbia, SC community. 

 

Meredith is a military wife, mother of three, and buddies with her therapy-dog-in-training named Barley. Her favorite thing about yoga is the new and ever-growing relationship she creates with her body as she ages. If not on her mat, she’d rather be skiing, riding a horse, or visiting her home states in the SW…but usually she’s hanging out with Barley.
