(Intermediate)

Bring your workout to the mat! This class is designed for those who have a solid foundation and strong understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement. This class is offered at a normal breath-to-movement pace so the student feels strong and energized.
